Terms of Service
CoreWave Electronics, Inc. Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoreWave Electronics' website, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Scope & Customer Classification
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, worldwide. Where relevant, different provisions apply depending on whether you are:
- A retail customer (B2C): an individual purchasing for personal, non-commercial use
- A business customer (B2B): a company, professional, or reseller purchasing for commercial purposes
B2B customers acknowledge that consumer protection laws — including but not limited to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national legislation — do not apply to commercial transactions. B2B terms are agreed upon at the time of account creation or purchase.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement and are legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@corewaveint.com of any unauthorized access. CoreWave Electronics may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide inaccurate information.
3. Products, Orders & Payment
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods displayed at checkout. You warrant that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Import Responsibilities
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of your order to the carrier.
CoreWave Electronics ships internationally. For all international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for:
- All import duties, customs fees, and local taxes applicable in the destination country
- Compliance with local import regulations
- Any delays caused by customs clearance
CoreWave Electronics is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our website.
All CoreWave Electronics hardware includes a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
- Water intrusion beyond product specifications
- Normal wear and tear
EU retail customers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee on goods under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and Regulation (EU) 2019/771, in addition to any commercial warranty offered.
Extended warranty plans may be available for separate purchase where indicated on the product page.
6. Tax Compliance
CoreWave Electronics complies with applicable tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where it operates. Prices displayed on the website exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in their jurisdiction at the time of purchase or importation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and Services — including logos, text, graphics, software, and product designs — is the exclusive property of CoreWave Electronics, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as reviews or feedback), but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in connection with the Services.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our website.

Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, retention, and your rights.
9. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of CoreWave Electronics or any third party
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
COREWAVE ELECTRONICS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
Note for EU retail customers: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable EU consumer protection law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CoreWave Electronics, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA.
You waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
EU retail customers: Notwithstanding the above, EU-based retail customers retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain applicable.
13. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent website notice.
CoreWave Electronics may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
