ORDERING & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately at info@corewaveint.com. Cancellations and address changes are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped - we cannot guarantee changes once it's on its way.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?
Yes, B2B and wholesale customers are subject to separate terms agreed upon at time of purchase. Contact us at info@corewaveint.com to discuss bulk or trade pricing.
SHIPPING
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
US: 3-8 business days (Standard) or 1-3 business days (Express). International: 4-8 business days via DHL Express, depending on destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 to the contiguous 48 states - exept if shipping cost is higher than $150. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international orders are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide via DHL Express. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Larger orders may ship in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
What if an item is out of stock?
We'll email you an estimated restock date. If restocking takes longer than 2 weeks, we'll refund the unavailable item(s).
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
Please allow up to 30 days from the estimated delivery date, then contact us at info@corewaveint.com with your order number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) you can find more information in our Return & Refund Policy
What items can't be returned?
Installed marine electronics, software/digital licenses/activation keys, items damaged by misuse or water intrusion, and clearance/final-sale items.
Is there a restocking fee?
A fee of up to 20% may apply if the item is returned without original packaging, shows signs of use, or is missing accessories.
I received the wrong or a damaged item - what now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery (damaged) with your order number and photos. We'll provide a prepaid label and ship the correct item at no cost.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return, to your original payment method.
EU customers - what are my rights?
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason required, with refunds issued within 14 days and no restocking fee.

How do I know if a part will fit my boat, RV, or vehicle?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty page or contact us with your order number for details.
Do you sell genuine, authorized brand products?
Yes, all products are sourced through authorized distribution channels.
