1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you by email if there is an unusual delay.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

*Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are calculated at checkout.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on weight, dimensions, and destination.


3. International Shipping

We ship to destinations worldwide. International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

All delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.


4. Import Duties, Customs & Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

CoreWave Electronics has no control over customs processing times or fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable charges before placing your order. Refusal to pay customs fees or accept delivery does not entitle the customer to a refund of the original order or shipping costs.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website:

For tracking issues or if your tracking number is not updating, please contact us at info@corewaveint.com and allow up to 3 business days from dispatch before contacting us, as tracking information may take time to appear.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@corewaveint.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Damaged shipments: contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photo evidence of the damage will be required.
  • Lost shipments (US): contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Lost shipments (International): contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. CoreWave Electronics is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been dispatched cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, any costs incurred for reshipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer.


8. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned to us as unclaimed, CoreWave Electronics reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees from the refund. This applies to both domestic and international orders.


9. Force Majeure

CoreWave Electronics is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
