Most products sold on CoreWave are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms and duration vary by brand and product - please refer to the manufacturer's documentation included with your item, or contact us and we'll help you find the relevant warranty information.
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us at info@corewaveint.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll guide you through the manufacturer's warranty claim process.
Please note: warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer in most cases. CoreWave will assist in facilitating the claim but is not responsible for manufacturing defects covered under the original manufacturer's warranty.
